3.1 Product Descriptions

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baselayers (worn next to skin)
  • Gloves & Mittens
  • Beanies
  • Final sale items

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order before shipment.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We may adjust prices at any time without notice, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

5.2 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): EMS, 15-25 business days after shipment
International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.2 Return Process

  2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

We recommend using trackable shipping as you’re responsible until we receive the return.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Allow 2-5 additional business days for your financial institution to process.

6.4 Exchanges

Follow the return process and specify replacement items in your initial email. We’ll invoice or refund any price differences.

6.5 International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees. Refunds are issued in USD.
