At Stio, we’re committed to getting your mountain-built gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders depending on customs processing.

Our Return Policy

We stand behind our mountain-built gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your adventure equipment isn’t quite the right fit, we’ll help make it right.

Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • All returns must be in original condition
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Baselayers (worn next to skin)
  • Gloves & Mittens
  • Beanies
  • Any final sale items marked as such

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Your Request
    Email our adventure specialists at [email protected] with:
    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: specify replacement item details
  2. Receive Authorization
    We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, including all tags.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your package to our returns center at:

    Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

  • Follow the same return process above
  • In your initial email, specify the replacement item(s) you’d like
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item(s)
  • If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars
  • Please allow additional time for international shipments to reach us
