Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baselayers (worn next to skin)
  • Gloves & Mittens
  • Beanies
  • Any final sale items marked as such

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Your Request: Email our adventure specialists at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, including all tags.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at:

    Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • In your initial email, specify the replacement item(s) you’d like
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item(s)
  • If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars
  • Please allow additional time for international shipments to reach us
